1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Streats mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Streats is a digital platform that connects users with local food trucks, pop-ups, and mobile food vendors. The platform allows users to discover nearby vendors, view menus, track locations, and place orders. Vendors can use the platform to manage schedules, promote their business, and accept customer orders.

Streats does not operate or control the food trucks listed on the platform. Each vendor is an independent business responsible for its own food preparation, pricing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Streats is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Vendor Accounts

Vendors who register with Streats agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, including permits and licenses as required by local law.

  • Maintain active communication with customers regarding order status and availability.

  • Comply with food safety, health, and local operational regulations.

Streats reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these Terms or harm the user experience.

5. Orders and Payments

When a user places an order through Streats, the payment is processed on behalf of the vendor. The transaction forms a direct agreement between the user and the vendor.
Streats acts only as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for:

  • Food quality or delivery times.

  • Vendor pricing or menu accuracy.

  • Refunds or disputes between users and vendors, though we may assist in resolving issues.

Payment processing services may be provided by third-party providers. By using our platform, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Fees

Users may access the app for free. Vendors may be charged subscription or transaction fees as outlined in their vendor agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the vendor directly. Streats does not issue refunds unless otherwise required by law.
If a dispute arises, Streats may review the case but is not obligated to mediate or enforce resolutions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Interfere with the operation of the app or website.

  • Attempt to access another user’s account.

  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful information.

Streats may terminate or restrict access to any account that violates these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Streats platform are owned by or licensed to Streats App LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Vendors retain ownership of their logos, menus, and images but grant Streats a license to use them for promotional purposes within the app and related marketing.

10. Disclaimers

Streats provides the platform “as is” without any warranties. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability of vendors or food options.

  • Accuracy of location data.

  • Performance of the app or website.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Streats disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or food-related issues that arise from vendor services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streats App LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streats App LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

Streats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

Streats may suspend or terminate access to your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the operation of the platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.
